各位老师,您好:

由实验室朱朝喆老师邀请了浙江大学的胡正珲博士来实验室做报告,具体信息如下,欢迎感兴趣的老师来听!

报告题目:Functional brain imaging analysis rooted in biophysical  model

报告时间:周一(5月9号)下午4:00-5:00
报告地点:小楼三楼小会议室

内容摘要:

Functional brain mapping with magnetic resonance imaging
(MRI)  is a rapidly growing field that has emerged in only the past
several years.  Functional MRI (fMRI) is the use of MRI equipment
to detect regional  hemodynamic changes in response to task activation.
Over the past decade, the  neuroimaging community has witnessed an
explosive rise in research that melds  observed fMRI data with
hemodynamic models to generate accurate forecasts on  underlying
physiological states and/or paramters. We presented a  systematic
approach for tackling the data assimilation problem which  comprises
four cascaded stages encompassing the hemodynamic  model.

Zhenghui Hu received the Ph.D. degree in physics from  Zhejiang
University, in 2005. From 2005 to 2007, he was a Postdoctoral  Research
Fellow with Biomedical Research Group, Department of Electrical  and
Electronic Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science  and
Technology. Since 2007, he is with Department of Optical  Engineering,
Zhejiang University. His current research focus on functional  brain
imaging analysis based on fMRI and EEG data.
