报告题目:How hardwired is job satisfaction?  Associations between dopamine and serotonin genes and job  satisfaction

时间:12月28日(周三)下午2:00

地点:脑成像中心3层大会议室

报告摘要:Behavioral genetic studies have documented  that job attitude, such as job satisfaction, is under substantial genetic  influences. The current presentation will report three studies based on samples  from both the US and Singapore that document for the first time that certain  genetic polymorphisms, such as DRD4 and 5-HTTLPR, can play significant roles in  shaping up one's job attitude. These series of studies suggest that  gene-environment interaction should be the major paradigm to examine the effects  of genetics in the management behavioral settings.
